IN GENERAL
I started experimenting with plaster while studying Interior architecture at School of Applied Arts and Culture, as a part of the Plastic arts course. My focus is to explore the concept of composition in three dimensional space: using only few main materials but different techniques, thus playing with levels, texture, volume, proportions, surface, and perspective.
I draw inspiration from people, nature, myths, words and different concepts. However, my biggest inspiration is the city of Athens. The city with the most perfectly organized harmony and analogies, also being chaotic and random at the same time.
This art piece is for people who invest in a good design and see the value in unique one of a kind art work that in its simplicity has got so much to tell.
